BWA utilizes Revit®, a state-of-the-art three dimensional design and drafting program. This program expedites the production and accuracy of construction drawings and helps coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, lighting, and interior designers.

BWA is a paperless office utilizing PDF files and Adobe Acrobat® for most correspondence. We also operate and interface with AutoCAD®, Sketchup©, Photoshop® and Microsoft Office® .

Basic Design Services include:

In-Depth Site Study and Site Plan – as each building design is tailored to its site.

Conceptual Design – multiple loose sketches coupled with your review and input.

Design Development Drawings – for HOA or Design Review Board approvals.

Complete Construction Drawings – for accurate pricing and efficient construction.

Contract Administration – observation and approval of the construction.
